Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30 to 80 years old; 2. the first occurrence of cerebral hemorrhage; 3. the first occurrence of cerebral infarction; 4. diagnosis in line with the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference in 1995 through the diagnosis of various cerebrovascular disease points; 5. confirmed by head CT or MRI; 6. duration: 2 weeks = the time of onset = 1 year, there are limb motor dysfunction; 7. Brunnstrom grading of ipsilateral limb in stage 1 ~ 5; 8. clinical trials have not received formal rehabilitation or modern rehabilitation previously; 9. the patient himself signed or signed by his immediate family to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Age> 80 years or 1 year (11) can not complete the basic course of treatment, compliance may be bad (that can not adhere to treatment) and difficult to follow up
