50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed idiopathic Parkinsons disease; 2. Hoehn-Yahr stage between 1~3; 3. aged between 50~75 years; 4. disease duration =6 month, medication usage is stable; 5. To be able to perform whole circle of Yang style Tai Chi training; 6. To be willing to join this study and sign the Informed Consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. suffered from other neuro disease or some disease may have influence on motor and non-motor function; 2. demantia (MMSE<24); 3. use of medication that may have influence on balance and attention; 4. have important viscera disorders, endocrine abnormalities, serious cardiovascular disease etc.; 5. malignant tumors or other serious wasting disease; poor compliance or less than 80% attendance of intervention.
