Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18years and more; 2. Pathologically confirmed extensive stage (stage IV, see Annex 1) Small cell lung cancer with measurable lesions (CT lesion length = 10 mm, nodal CT scans = 15 mm, scan thickness Not more than 5 mm, measurable lesions have not received radiotherapy, cryotherapy and other local treatment); 3. no previous medical treatment; 4. ECOG PS 0-2?; 5. Survival is expected to be = 3 months; 6. The subjects received treatment of other damage has been restored (NCI-CTCAE version 4, which is less than or equal to 1 grade level) interval than accept nitrosourea or Mitomycin for 6 weeks; accept other cytotoxic drugs, radiotherapy or surgery more than 4 weeks; 7. The main organ function is normal, that is to meet the following criteria; (1) To comply with the standard of blood routine examination (blood transfusion and blood products within 14 days without the use of G-CSF and other hematopoietic stimulating factor correction); HB=90 g/L; ANC=1.5×10^9/L; PLT=80×10^9/L; (2) Biochemical tests should meet the following criteria: TBIL 45 ml/min (Cockcroft-Gault formula); 8. Women of childbearing age must have taken reliable contraception or pregnancy test in 7 days before entering the group (in serum or urine), and the results were negative, and willing to contraception during the study period and the last 8 weeks after giving drug test using appropriate. For men, must agree to contraceptive methods during the test and the last time to test 8 weeks after the drug or surgical sterilization; 9. Exclusion criteria
