18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients expected to undergo video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery for lung lobectomy; (2) American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical status from 1 to 3; (3) Aged from 18 to 75 years; (4) Perfect admission examination; (5) Approved by the hospital Ethics Committee and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) heart failure (New York Heart Association class > II); (2) a history of arrhythmia or treatment with antiarrhythmic drugs; (3) bradycardia [heart rate (HR) 30 kgm-2); (7) restrictive lung disease and/or Forced expiratory volume in 1s percent predicted(FEV1%=40%); (8) Patients participating in other clinical trials ; (9) For other reasons, investigators did not consider it appropriate to participate in clinical trials.
