18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) adult patients underwent cardiac surgeries with CPB; (2) hemoglobin concentrations > 120g/dl for male and > 110g/dl for female.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. endocarditis; a history of myocardial infarction in the previous 30 days; 2. pregnancy; 3. previous coexistent artery or vein thrombosis; 4. Complex cardiac surgery (combined coronary artery bypass graft surgery and valve surgery or more than 3 multi-valve surgery,Aortic dissections, type A and B, thoracic aortic aneurysms) or Aortic valve surgery with ascending aortic replacement and surgery for cardiac tumors; 5. with renal insufficiency (serum creatinine level over 1.4 mg/dL for female and over 1.6 mg/dL for male, and requiring for continuous renal replacement therapy); 6. Liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh class B or C); 7. medication with anticoagulants, acetosalicylic acid, platelet inhibitors or non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs within the previous 5 days; 8. with pre-operative coagulation disorders (international normalized ratio (INR) >2 or platelet count <50× 10^3/mm3,prothrombin time% < 50%,Fibrinogen concentrate < 1g/L); 9. Allergic history of tranexamic acid; 10. Redo surgery or Emergent operation.
