controlled group :treat oral lichen planus with prednisone alone

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Older than 18 years old; 2. Patients who were diagnosed as Oral Lichen Planus by history,clinical manifestations and pathological examination ; Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) score=1; 3. Patients who are willing to participate in the test and follow-up on time; 4. Written informed consent was obtained from each patient prior to study enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to related drugs; 2. Any other oral mucosa disease; Patients with Oral Lichen Planus that have no symptom ,cancerous lesion; 3. Patients with severe systemic diseases, tumors; 4. Participated in other clinical subjects for nearly three months; 5. Lesion that maybe induced by some medicines or Silver amalgam; 6. Pregnant women or prepare for pregnancy; 7. Patients who don't follow the doctor's advice or can't follow-up on time; 8. Patients with chronic systemic diseases,who take some medicines regularly, such as antibiotics, hormone, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, immunosuppressants, immune enhancer,cytotoxic drugs and anticoagulant drugs; 9. Alcoholist, smokers or drug abuser; 10. mental disorder.
