Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) General anesthesia surgery; (2) ASA I-II; (3) patients were send to ICU without endotracheal tube and stay over 24h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) serious brain injury, stroke and other diseases of the central nervous system; (2) A history of mental illness; (3) patients with severe liver and kidney system disease; (4) patients without normal communication; (5) cardiac arrest and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) or other serious adverse reactions; (6) history of alcoholism or drug abuse.
