Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients were diagnosed with Rett Syndrome by 2010 Rett Syndrome criteria; 2. The patients use rTMS 3-5 times per week during half a year; 3. Signed informed consent file.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. a severe systemic disease; 2. the diseases or use of psychoactive medicaions which affect the assessments on curative effects; 3. a neurodevelopmental disorder of known etiology (eg,epilepsia, metabolic diseases, hypothyroidism); 4. 4-week prelimiary treatment, the patient can not follow the procedure ( 3-5 times per week); 5. attend other clinical trails.
