50 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I to III; 2. patients aged 65 years and more, male or female; 3. the patients need knee arthroplasty; 4. the patients didn't have the history of neurological diseases and mental diseases, didn't use drugs which affect the nervous system recently; 5. the patients informed and consent; 6. MMSE=23.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. the patient refused to join the study; 2. the patient had lumbar plexus and sciatic nerve block contraindications; 3. the patient had a history of drug dependence; 4. patient had the history of mental disorders, sleep disorders, awareness dysfunction, and suffered from stroke or transient ischemic attack; 5. patient is suffering from hearing or visual impairment and unable to communicate with normals.
