Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All included patients consistent with the diagnosis of 'global chronic obstructive pulmonary disease prevention initiative (GOLD)' on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, aged 45 to 90 years old, and volunteer to participate in the study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Comorbidities that could limit exercise training, neuromuscular disease, pacemaker implantation, and being unable to understand the questionnaires and unable to cooparate.
