Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were diagnosed as Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer (Minor Aphthous Ulcer); 2. Routine Laboratory Assessments were normal; 3. History longer than 1 year with at least two onsets/ at least 1onset per month; 4. Only treatments in the study was accepted; 5. Patients who are willing to cooperate with telephone or wechat follow-up on time; 6. Written informed consent was obtained from each patient prior to study enrollment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women of childbearing age or men want to have a baby in six months; 2. Patients with severe systemic diseases, tumors or mental disorder; 3. Allergic to related drugs; 4. Alcoholist, smokers or drug abuser; 5. Patients who used analgesic in 24 hours, antibiotics or NSAIDS in 1 month, steroids or immune inhibitors in 3 months and thalidomide at present or in the past; 6. Any other oral mucosa disease; gingivitis; 7. Autoimmune diseases, peptic ulcer, anemia, Crohns disease, acute infectious diseases.
