Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) aged between 18-75 years old men and women; 2) with epigastric discomfort, abdominal pain, skin or sclera jaundice and other symptoms; 3) diagnosis of benign bile duct stenosis by ERCP and other related examination and endoscopic plastic stent placement one week before the research; 4) not taking other choleretic drugs a week before the research; 5) sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The diagnosis of malignant bile duct stenosis or malignant stenosis can not be ruled out or implanted metal stent; 2) Heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs with severe disease or the presence of severe dysfunction, including patients with severe hypertension; 3) severe endocrine, blood and nerve disorders; 4) lactating women in pregnancy, the recent birth planner; 5) be sensitivity to the study drug and hypersensitive constitution; 6) the researchers think it is not suitable to participate in the study of other cases.
