Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Type 2 diabetes patients in axillary block or under general anesthesia for upper limb surgery, and non-diabetic patients in axillary block for upper limb surgery,and ASA I-III level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient with brachial plexus injury; 2. The patient with DPN symptoms or type 1 diabetes; 3. The patient with puncture site infection,or coagulation dysfunction, or local anesthetics allergy, or abusing analgesic narcotic drugs; 4. The patients with unsuccessful peripheral nerve block.
