Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. FBG=11.1mmol/L and/or HbA1c=9.0%; 2. BMI = 24kg/m2; 3. Duration 0-12 months; 4. Not accepted any oral glucose-lowering drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute diabetes complications; 2. concurrent infection; 3. Combined liver and kidney impairment; 4. Combined cardiac insufficiency.
