Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 50 patients with CPB, ASA II-III, heart function II-III, aged 25 to 65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe lung disease or lung dysfunction, patients with immune dysfunction,toxemia, pleural effusion, lung infection, hypoproteinemia, patients with hepatic, renal or coagulation disorder, COPD and asthma were excluded.
