2 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 2-50 years old; 2. According to NCCN guidline, All patients with hematologic malignancies eligible for allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and lack of a suitable unrelated donor; 3. ECOG<2; 4. Free and informed consent signed by the patient and the investigator.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Malignant myeloid or lymphoid acute or chronic disease without indication for an allogeneic transplant according to the criteria of European Bone Marrow Transplantation Group; 2. HLA-identical sibling available; 3. Availability of an unrelated donor on a national or international register with 10/10 or 9/10 HLA matching (HLA-C Mismatch tolerated); 4. Women of childbearing age not using contraception, pregnant or lactating; 5. History of allogeneic stem cell transplantation; 6. History of a total body irradiation; 7. Organ failure or patient general status considered to be incompatible with a myeloablative conditioning regimen; 8. Active psychiatric disease.
