Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. the clinical diagnosis of liver cirrhosis after hepatitis b, aged 18 to 75 years old and mild hepatic encephalopathy diagnosis standard, gender not limited; 2. the junior high school degree or above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. in the past or now have hepatic encephalopathy; 2. with other viral hepatitis, liver cancer and other tumors; 3. have a mental or neurological diseases; 4. nearly 2 weeks of gastrointestinal bleeding, infection and water electrolyte disorder caused by use of diuretics; 5. use of sedatives or nearly four weeks affect the nervous system functions such as inhibitors of the central nervous system drugs; 6. still drinking nearly six months; 7. after door body bypass surgery, including internal jugular vein of intrahepatic door bypass surgery; 8. intracranial lesions, including subarachnoid and epidural or cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction and epilepsy, etc.; 9. with severe heart, bravery, kidney (creatinine is greater than the upper limit of normal range), endocrine, hematopoietic system disease; 10. toxic encephalopathy (including alcoholic encephalopathy or alcohol withdrawal syndrome, acute poisoning encephalopathy, heavy metal, etc.) and other metabolic encephalopathy, including ketoacidosis, hypoglycemia, hyponatremia, kidney disease, etc; 11. illiteracy, intelligence or low vision can't complete the neuropsychological test; 12. pregnancy or lactation women, and conception may not take effective contraceptive measures; 13. intolerance this experiment used drugs, and drug allergies; 14. any medical history, according to the researchers may interfere with the test result.
