Experimental group 1 (low level of erythropoietin):Subcutaneous injection of recombinant human erythropoietin+Intravenous iron therapy
Experimental group 2 (low level of erythropoietin):Subcutaneous injection of recombinant human erythropoietin+Oral iron therapy
Experimental group 3(erythropoietin is normal):Intravenous iron therapy
Experimental group 4(erythropoietin is normal):Oral iron therapy
Control group 1:Intravenous iron therapy
Control group 2:Oral iron therapy

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged elder than 18 years, ECOG score 0, 1, or 2; 2. Hb<100 g/L; MCV<80fl; MCHC<32%; SI<8.95umol/L; sFer<800ug/L; ATST<50%; 3. It is not used within 10 days of iron treatment before, treatment without prior history of blood transfusion within 30 days, without erythropoietin treatment history, no history of corticosteroid therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Anemia caused by other reasons (such as gastrointestinal bleeding or blood shortage of raw materials such as metabolic disorders) or with blood diseases; 2. Suspicion or diagnosis of bone metastases in patients with brain metastases to check the liver and kidney function of heart function were normal without hypertension coronary heart disease, etc.; 3. Expected survival time> 3 months.
