1:dexmedetomidine

Group 1:Phase I: dexmedetomidine

Phase II: dexmedetomidine + sulfentanyl

Group 2:Phase I: dexmedetomidine

Phase II: sulfentanyl

Group 3:Phase I: 0.9%NS 20ml infusion

Group4:Phase I: 0.9%NS 20ml infusion

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inpatients going to accept an elective abdominal surgery by anesthesia, aged 65-80 years old elders with hypertention, ASA II-III level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergic to narcotic drugs, mental medical history, history of drinking and drug abuse, myocardial infarction, myocardial ischemia, heart failure, pulmonary embolism, deep vein thrombosis, sleep apnea, liver and kidney function abnormal obviously, unable to walk, have difficulty using PCA and body mass index > 35 kg/m2.
