Interventions

Control group:Oral take calcium tablet (=1000mg) and Vitamin D (=400IU) daily
Experimental group:Oral take Alendronate Sodium and Vitamin D3 Tablets (1 tablet / day, 70mg/2800IU per tablet)

55 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Postmenopausal women aged 50-70 years old; 2. DXA measurement lumbar BMD T value =2.5 SD, or =4.0 SD.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diseases which may affect bone metabolism, such as hyperthyroidism, Paget disease, renal osteodystrophy, etc; 2. A history of malignant tumor, radiation and chemotherapy, long-term use of hormone or calcium supplements; Oral phosphonic acid more than 36 months; 3. Major depression, schizophrenia and other mental illnesses or long-term use of antipsychotic drugs; 4. Serious single-shot lumbar compression fracture or multiple lumbar fractures; 5. Patients who can not do MRI scan due to various reasons such as age, history of metal stents in the body, or other factors.
