18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing pedicle screw placement were identified and selected with following criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 60 years old; 2. agree to participate and sign the consent form; 3. AST, ALT, BUN and Cr levels do not higher than two-time normal level; 4. not active phase with infectious disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. contraindications of general surgery; 2. severe mental or psychological diseases; 3. body mass index >28 kg/m2; 4. other conditions that investigators consider as contraindications.
