18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with type A aortic dissection by CTA imaging, onset time less than 2 weeks; 2. Written informed consent is provided.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 18 y/o or older than 70 y/o; 2. Pregnant; 3. Combined with other cardiac procedures; 4. Coma; 5. Severe abdominal sign, CTA imaging shows severe abdominal organs ischemia; 6. CTA imaging shows the primary tear is located in aortic arch; 7. CTA imaging shows the diameter of aortic arch is equal or greater than 5cm; 8. Diagnosed with Marfan's syndrome; 9. Complicated with other serious diseases, life expectancy less than 6 months; 10. Patient refuses to participate the trial.
