Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who accept maintenance hemodilysis for more than 3 months; the dialysis duration was 4h per session, three times per week, with the blood flow from 200 to 250 mL/min, and a dialysate flow of 500 mL/min, dialysate temperature 36-37 degree C; 2. aged 18 years old and more; 3. suffered IDH in at least one third times during the 3 months before the study (IDH was defined according to the National Kidney Foundation Kidney Disease Outcomes Quality Initiative (KDOQI) definitiona drop in BP = 20 mmHg in SBP or = 10 mmHg in mean arterial pressure); 4. the predialysis systolic blood pressure(SBP) =90 mmHg; 5. arteriovenous fistula for vascular acess; 6. Disease status stable and willing to take part in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. lower limbs or joints had swollen severely, limb movement disorder; 2. history of severe cardiovascular disease (severe arrhythmia, cardiac insufficiency, myocardial infarction, unstable angina, stroke and so on); 3. disturbance of consciousness.
