Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: European Society of Cardiology definition of Refractory Heart Failure 1. Dyspnea and fatigue when at rest and/or during mild activity (New York Heart Association cardiac function class III or IV); 2. Pulmonary or other organ congestion, peripheral edema in the resting state, or inadequate cardiac output leading to peripheral hypoperfusion; 3. Inclusion of at least one objective evidence of severe heart failure: (1) Left ventricular ejection fraction 16 mmHg or right pulmonary artery (RPA) pressure >12 mmHg (floating catheter results) (4) Brain sodium peptide (BNP) and/or N-terminal-brain natriuretic peptide precursor (NT- proBNP) concentration increased out of heart reason; 4. Serious heart function damage to one of the following presentations: (1) Disability; (2) Six minute walking distance test <300 m; (3) Peak O2 <12-14 mL?kg -1?min-1; 5. Hospitalized for heart failure at least once in the past six months; 6. Patients with symptoms that did not improve after effective diuretic and strict treatment according to guidelines or patients with CRT indication.

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who do not cooperate with the use of the drug therapy 2.Patients who do not cooperate with the relevant examination 3.Patients who do not meet the criteria for refractory heart failure
