Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patient with dengue-related clinical symptoms and with a history of epidemiology (dengue fever occurred after patient reaching epidemic area within 15 days, or live in areas with dengue cases); or patient with dengue-related clinical symptoms and with leucopenia and thrombopenia; (2) based on Guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of dengue fever (2014 edition), patient with dengue nonstructural 1(NS1) antigen detection or serum IgM antibody are positive; (3) patient aged 14 to 75.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) pregnant woman, allergic constitution or allergic to experimental drug composition; (2) patient of renal insufficiency; (3) patient of uncontrolled disease like diabetes, coronary heart disease, liver cirrhosis, or severemalnutrition; (4) patient of severe dengue fever; (5) patient of secondary infection; (6) patient of hemolysis phenomenon; (7) patient participating in other clinical trials within 3 month; (8) patient that the researchers think unsuitable for this trial.
