Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II; aged =18 years; scheduled for elective TKA surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, previous radiotherapy to the neck, coagulopathy, or a body mass index (BMI) >35 kg/m2.
