18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: part A Newly diagnozied diabetes; stop anti-diabetic medication at least 3 months;Hba1c from 6.5%-8.5%; fasting plasma glucose from 6.1-9mmol/L; aged from 18-65 years old; male or female; TG >1.7mmol/L; informed consent. part B Newly hypertension-diagnozied diabetes; stop anti-hypertension medication at least 3 months; SBP>135mmHg or DBP>85mmHg; male or female; informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnant or lactating women; accompanied with serious heart, liver and kidney diseases or mental illness; with severe infections, and acute diabetic complications; allergies to food related to the diet; SDP>=160mmHg; DBP>=100mmHg
