Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Recipients between 18 and 60 years age; 2) First kidney transplant recipients; 3) Recipients with weight between 40 and 90 Kg; 4) Recipients are willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Recipients who had been transplanted with Multiorgan; 2) ABO-identical kidney transplantation; 3) Patient with Panel-reactive antibody (PRA) level > 30%; 4) Patient with positive DSA; 5) Patient with sCr >3mg/dL ; 6) Patients who have a history of allergies to any investigational product; 7) Patients with active infections; 8) Patient with white blood cell count <3×10^3/mm3; 9) Women who are pregnant or seeking to become pregnant during the study period; 10) Patient who had received other immunosuppressants (Azathioprine and Tacrolimus, etc.) ; 11) Patient who is unsuitable for participating in this study in the opinion of investigators.
