Age
18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged from 18 to 35 years old; 2. gestation between 37 to 42 weeks; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA) physical status I or II in preoperative patient assessment; 4. prenatal examinationhepatic and renal function were normalwithout a history of heart and long disease; 5. the fetus is normal; 6. single gestation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. hypertension (SBP>140mmHg or DBP>90mmHg); 2. BMI>25kg/m2; 3. placenta previa; 4. fetus grow abnormal; 5. intraspinal anesthesia contraindication; 6. patients who had taken 5-HT receptor antagonist recently; 7. 5-HT receptor antagonist contraindication.
