Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA II-III aged>60 year; (2) Intracranial tumour neurosugery Control intracranial pressure; (3) Agree to attend this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Acute Cardiac and cerebral ischemia, cardiac insufficiency, renal insufficiency; (2) Other serious systemic diseases; (3) Emergency craniocerebral surgery; (4) Disagree with this study.
