18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with acute leukemia; 2. Expected hospital stay=2 weeks; 3. Aged 18-65 years; 4. Having at least one discomfort after assessed by the MSAS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to take part in this research or dont sign the informed consent; 2. Have problem in communication and cognition, cannot correctly understand and receive the intervention; 3. Have other serious physical disease or after surgery and cannot complete relaxation training; 4. Intend to receive hematopoietic stem cell transplant or bone marrow transplant during this admission.
