Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. By pathology or cytology and immunohistochemistry diagnosed estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer patients; 2. Between the ages of 18 to 75 years (including 18 and 75 years); 3. Expected lifetime of more than 6 months; 4. KPS score>=60; 5. No radiotherapy and chemotherapy, Chinese medicine treatment and within one month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other functions such as heart, kidney dysfunction, respiratory dysfunction and other major diseases; 2. Combined with other factors of endocrine diseases; 3. Pregnancy or breast-feeding women; 4. Cognitive decline and other factors and not by the normal exchange; 5. Not accept tamoxifen citrate endocrine treatment; 6. The researchers unwilling to cooperate; 7. History of allergy or failing to medication or incomplete information; 8. Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria.
