Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged between 15 and 80 years; (2) Take gastroscopy in the endoscopy center of Friendship Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Have contraindication of gastroscopy; (2) Allergic to the medicine of the trail; (3) Have digestive diseases which threat to life; (4) Have active blood in the digestive tract; (5) Undergo surgery of upper digestive tract; (6) Pregnancy or nursing mothers; (7) Do not want to participant in this trail.
