Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Choose from October 2015 IVF hyperstimulation cycle causes by pure tubal factor and/or male factors in our reproductive center of IVF treatment of women, a total of 60 patients, ranging in age from 25 to 35 years old, BMI in 19 ~ 24 kg/m2. Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with malignant tumor; 2. serious mental disorders; 3. difficult understanding the experiment content and sign the informed consent; 4. pregnancy; 5. serious nerve dysfunction; 6. the expectant survival < 2 years; 7. joining other studies at the experimental period; 8. hypertension, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, cardiovascular disease, ovarian disease.
