Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. elderly patients (65-85 years); 2. classified as ASA physical status II or III, who undergoing major abdominal surgery, such as aparoscopic/Davinci pancreaticoduodenectomy or radical cystectomy, with an expected duration of anesthesia =4 hours. All patients were diagnosed with CHD by a history of myocardial infarction or coronary revascularization, or a 50% stenosis on coronary angiography, or myocardial ischemia induced by radionuclide or echocardiographic stress testing. And before the surgery, the serum level of cardiac troponin I (cTnI) and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) were normal, cardiac function status I-II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: myocardial infarction in the latest six months, liver or renal insufficiency, a history of mental illness and preoperative hormones and other drugs.
