Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. male and female older than 18 years old; 2. Clinical diagnosed as pelvic fracture by an orthopedic surgeon with clinical symptoms and imaging evidence; 3. willing to undergo surgery; 4. length of hospital stay>48h; 5. Willing to join in this study, signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No closed reduction because of various reasons; 2. No surgery because of various reasons; 3. Have heart failureheart diseasehypertension,cerebral infarction and mental illness; 4. refuse to participate in the study.
