observational group:Before the end of operative 10min, intravenous inject oxycodone 0.03mg/kg

controlled group:Before the end of operative 10min, intravenous inject normal saline

35 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients were older than 65 years with an ASA physical status I to III with to elective undergoing TURP were included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of severity heart and lung diseases, psychiatric disease, chronic pain and long-term administration of analgesics were excluded.
