Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. No low estrogen symptoms such as hot flashes, sweating.1 year is not taking hormone drugs, eliminates endocrine and metabolic diseases; 6. and ultrasound examination of department of gynaecology to exclude ovarian lesions; 7. no urinary system disease, no history of urinary tract surgery and trauma, urine routine preoperative and postoperative all normal; 8. Today no vaginal wall surfaces, uterine prolapse and urinary bladder bulging history; 9. Pet-name ruby normal kidney function, kidney B ultrasonic examination without exception.
Exclusion criteria
