40 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40 ~ 60 years; 2. taking no estrogen therapy in the past three months; 3. FSH > 40 IU/L; 4. without pregnancy; 5. comply with the plan and follow-up on time; 6. understanding test content, signed informed consent; 7. normal or mild menopausal syndrome, mood disorders KMI scale, depression scale, PSQI scale score; 8. normal or mildly bone loss by bone mineral density; 9. normal blood fat; 10. without serious heart and kidney disease; 11. without contraindications to estrogen therapy, such as breast cancer.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. taking estrogen or other steroid hormone drugs the recent three months; 2. with malignant tumor; 3. serious mental disorders; 4. difficult understanding the experiment content and sign the informed consent; 5. pregnancy; 6. serious nerve dysfunction; 7. the expectant survival < 2 years; 8. joining other studies at the experimental period; 9. hypertension, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, cardiovascular disease, ovarian disease.
