Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A gestational age less than 30 weeks, FiO2 acuity 0.3 with respiratory distress symptoms and CXR not been confirmed yet, or with two or more of the following factors will be considered eligible: (1) the prenatal without corticosteroids to promote fetal lung maturity or insufficient dosage, treatment course; (2) birth weight 10x10^9/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. has obvious or life-threatening congenital malformation; 2. children with family members to refuse treatment; 3. test process of central Africa due to adverse reactions from the participants.
