Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: chronic venous insufficiency with blood reflux in great saphenous veins (GSV), CEAP C2-4, absence of arterial ulcer or arterial disorders of lower extremities with normal ankle brachial index (ABI).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: CEAP C1, C5-6 presence of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or history of DVT, arterial ulcer or arterial diseases of lower limbs with abnormal ABI, pregnancy.

Primary

Recurrence rate and complications after venous surgery. Duplex ultrasound and clinical evaluation.;

MeasureTime frame
Quality of Life with SF36, Aberdeen Vein Score, VCSS and Visual Analogue Scale Scoring.;
