5 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: primary, diagnosed as osteosarcoma by pathology, screen out distant metastases by chest CT and bone ECT, assessed the patient can accept the standard chemotherapy for osteosarcoma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed as lung metastases at primary, pregnant patient, Renal insufficiency, Liver dysfunction, obvious oral disease, not suitable for the treatment of bisphosphonate after the assessment, accompanied by a disease that still need to be treated with hormone therapy, abnormal of blood system, heart disease
