40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conforming to the diagnostic criteria of 2010 Acute Ischemic Stroke Treatment Guidelines of China. 2. Brain infarction validated via CT or MRI to verifying. 3. Patients suffer from ischemia for the first time, with clear consciousness and stable condition. The onset of time is less than 12 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Transient ischemic attack, reversible ischemic neurological deficit (RIND), etc. 2. Diagnosed with any neurological deficits caused by brain tumors, brain trauma, brain parasites, heart disease, or metabolic disorders. 3. Women in pregnancy or lactation. 4. Complicated with severe primary disease including heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic and endocrine system, mental disorder and epilepsy.
