Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18 and elder; 2. Fixed hemodialysis mode (three times a week and continued for more than three months), KT/V>=1.2; 3. 24 hour urinary volume<100ml; 4. Non stimulated salivary flow rate<=0.5ml/min; 5. well adherence to health education of volume control and questionnaire interviews,return the specimen and agreement will be signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute infections, HBA1c=7%;High natremia, Symptoms of chronic inflammatory diseases; Acute heart failure.
