Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 18 to 27 years old; 2. The inclusion criteria: registered overweight subjects; BMI 25-30; 3. Subjects signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diabetes or other endocrine disorders; 2. Pregnant or lactated women; 3. History or evidence of any cardiovascular and renal diseases; 4. Patients with severe respiratory infection; 5. Used antibiotics and hormones one month before commencing the study; 6. Patients with any severe intestinal disease.
