Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Conforming to Western medicine diagnostic criteria for primary headache; 2. In line with the diagnosis of headache of anger-scrambling syndrome; 3. Aged 18 to 70 years; 4. All subjects signed informed consents.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who taking headache painkillers more than ten times per month; 2. With consciousness disorders or severe dementia; 3. Liver function laboratory parameters of AST or ALT more than two times of the upper limit of normal, or severe renal dysfunction; 4. And other serious circulatory system, the hematopoietic system, digestive system, endocrine system diseases; 5. Who the history of drug allergy or serious adverse reactions, and serious allergic constitution; 6. Pregnancy, lactation and pregnancy planner; 7. Mental abnormalities; 8. Doctors believe that subjects should not participate in clinical trials; 9. Secondary headache (headache caused by head and neck trauma, cranial neck vascular factors, intracranial non-vascular diseases, infection, drug withdrawal, mental factors and others); 10. Who participating in other clinical trials nearly a month.
