Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Lateral epicondylitis Diagnostic criteria 1) have a clear history of the limitations of chronic fatigue, pain and tenderness epicondyle of the humerus; 2) forearm rotation, especially in the wrist movement pain increased; 3) the degree of motion of the elbow joint is normal; Plantar fasciitis Diagnostic criteria 1) morning or long time after the break began when standing and walking, the gradual emergence of foot pain; 2) check the body may have tenderness of the plantar fascia, was obvious in the medial calcaneal tuberosity, toes, ankle passive dorsiflexion in pain and tenderness is more obvious; 3) imaging examination showed bone spur, plantar fascia thickening performance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Lateral epicondylitis Exclusion criteria 1) the disease can result in difficulty treatment and evaluation (such as stroke, serious infection disease, severe heart disease, infectious diseases such as hepatitis, severe metabolic disease, mental illness, epilepsy, or drug abuse, alcohol dependence etc.); 2) subjects had a history of severe allergies or allergic to any ingredient in the product; 3) subjects are contraindications of extracorporeal shock wave therapy; 4) patients with a history of local trauma, local skin rupture and tendon rupture; 5) pregnant and lactating women; 6) the researchers think that other cases should be excluded. Plantar fasciitis Exclusion criteria 1) subjects refused to sign the informed consent; 2) the illness will result in difficulty treatment and evaluation (such as stroke, serious infection disease, severe heart disease, infectious diseases such as hepatitis, severe metabolic disease, mental illness, epilepsy, or drug abuse, alcohol dependence etc.); 3) subjects had a history of severe allergies or allergic to any ingredient in the product; 4) subjects are contraindications of extracorporeal shock wave therapy; 5) the patient had foot and ankle injury history, local skin, ligament and tendon injuries; 6) women in pregnancy and lactation; 7) researchers believe that other cases should be excluded.
