Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients (over 65 years of age) undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting and without a history of severe neurological and psychiatric diseases such as cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Liver and kidney dysfunction, severe intraoperative hemodynamic instability, cardiopulmonary bypass is decided during the surgery, a contraindication for dexmedetomidine.
