Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical pathology diagnosis of membranous nephropathy and all patients were screened for secondary membranous nephropathy; 2. 24 hour urine protein greater than 6g, or even from 3.5g to 6g, but nephrotic syndrome is obvious; 3. Normal serum creatinine; 4. Voluntary and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary membranous nephropathy; 2. Patients with serious complications, malignancy, pregnant,severe liver damage and other drug contraindications; 3. Patients who rejected this regimen or could not follow up were excluded; 4. Treatment with glucocorticoid or other immunosuppressive agents within 1 month before enrollment; 5. Known allergy to the calcineurin inhibitors.
