Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In elective cardiopulmonary bypass bypass, valve replacement in patients of either sex, weight or female, aged 18-79 years, ASA grade II-III level, EF> 40%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nearly a month without a history of myocardial infarction, heart failure, no history, no history of heart surgery
